Archwood Real Estate was established in 2004 as a real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in investment
property throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.  Since then, we have steadily expanded to now provide
Nationwide services in brokerage, leasing, management, development, and commercial and residential financing.

In 2007, Archwood Real Estate partnered with Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness to become their first
independently-owned affiliate branch in Southern California.

Archwood Real Estate is a small, privately held company, therefore, our clients have easy access to top
management, which is something that large national brokerages can not offer their clients.  Our philosophy is based
on the responsible approach of seeking to understand both the short and long-term financial and capital plans for a
particular property before recommending a strategy to move forward.  Since 2004, we have provided our Clients with
the most personalized service in the industry, while also providing Clients with the necessary tools and strategies to
satisfy all of their real estate needs.
