Matt Weiss, President
Matt founded Archwood Real Estate in July 2004, specializing in investment real estate
brokerage throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Prior to that, he worked as an investment
property sales agent for a top Southern California firm. Over the years, Matt has established
himself as an extremely knowledgeable and hardworking investment real estate professional,
thus enabling him to expand Archwood Real Estate and offer Clients more real estate services,
including leasing, property management and development. Matt graduated from the University
of Michigan in 2002 with a degree in business, focusing on real estate studies and finance.

Rolando Henry, Vice President
Rolando joined Archwood Real Estate in January 2006 as founder of its Real Estate Financing
Division. He has more than 7 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed
in excess of $100 million in loans including acquisition, construction, permanent, bridge and
mezzanine loans. Prior to joining Archwood Real Estate, Rolando worked as an analyst with a
top National lender where he was responsible for underwriting, financial analysis and market
research within the capital markets. Rolando graduated from the University of Michigan in 2002
where he earned dual degrees in Economics and Psychology.
